Tijen Onaran is an entrepreneur, investor, bestselling author and one of Germany’s most important opinion leaders when it comes to diversity, visibility and digitalisation, as well as one of the most prominent voices in German business. Tijen is the founder of Global Digital Women and the diversity consultancy ACI – the leading consultancies on diversity issues. Global Digital Women and ACI were both the first companies with a diversity focus to win the German Excellence Award.
