As a former banker, David landed by chance in a tax firm in Düsseldorf after a sabbatical in Australia, where he took care of a special topic (voluntary declarations) for many years. When this became less, they looked at alternative employment opportunities and the partners had the vision that an HR person would be neccessary for the company. Without any further concept, David took over and expanded it further and further and now already advises other law firms and medical practices on this important subject area.
